Foster the People is an Edge band formed in Los Angeles in 2009. It currently consists of lead vocalist Mark Foster, lead guitarist Sean Cimino, keyboardist Isom Innis, and drummer Mark Pontius.

Foster founded the band in 2009 after spending several years in Los Angeles as a struggling musician and working as a commercial jingle writer. After Foster's song "Pumped Up Kicks" became a viral success in 2010, the group received a record deal and gained a fanbase through small club shows and appearances at music festivals. After releasing their debut album Torches in May 2011, "Pumped Up Kicks" became a crossover hit on commercial radio in mid-2011 and eventually reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100. The record also featured the popular singles "Helena Beat" and "Don't Stop (Color on the Walls)". The group received three Grammy Award nominations for Torches and "Pumped Up Kicks".

2011 was a watershed year for The Joy Formidable. The trio, made up of Ritzy Bryan (lead vocals, guitars), Rhydian Dafydd (bass, backing vocals) and Matt Thomas (drums, percussion) released their debut album 'The Big Roar' after signing worldwide with Canvasback Music, a division of Atlantic Records, and saw their live show expand dramatically, having made good on the promise that had seen them widely talked about as one of the bands poised to break through to bigger stages and greater acclaim at the start of the year.

"We want to expand the sound, to always move forward, to experiment more with composition and writing both for The Joy Formidable albums and other projects but we also want to challenge ourselves to find new ways all the time. To keep the sense that everything is possible."

Two of music’s most loved bands and biggest hit makers are joining up for an epic summer tour. Multi- platinum selling bands Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows have announced “A Brief History of Everything Tour 2017”–presented by Live Nation. The tour will get underway July 12th at Spokane, WA’s Spokane Arena and then travel North America through early October.

“No matter what I will ever do, nothing feels like home as much as playing these songs with these guys and it never will, “says Matchbox Twenty lead singer-songwriter Rob Thomas. “And I can’t wait to spend another summer out there on the road with the Crows.”  Thomas previously teamed with Counting Crows for a hugely successful 2016 summer co-headline tour.

“To be honest, we took a vote after last year and decided to spend every summer with Rob from now on,” says Counting Crows’ Adam Duritz. “Can. Not. Wait.”

LOS ANGELES (May 2, 2017) – LINKIN PARK announced their One More Light World Tour today via Genius HERE A first for both the genre-defying band and the lyric annotation platform.

Produced by Live Nation, the One More Light World Tour with special guest, Machine Gun Kelly, kicks off July 27th in Boston, MA at the Xfinity Center.  See itinerary below.

In an effort to put tickets into the hands of real fans, first access to tickets for the One More Light World Tour will be reserved exclusively for fans – not scalpers or bots. The Linkin Park Presale – powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan, will utilize unique fan-first technology to level the playing field and ensure fans compete against other fans for tickets – not software. The more you participate, the higher your spot in line and the better your access to tickets. Linkin Park Fan Club (LPU) members will get priority, but anyone can work their way to the top.

Pre-sale begins May 9th. Fans and LPU members can register for the tour pre-sale right now at www.PRESALE.LINKINPARK.com.  General on-sale is set for May 12th – for more information visit livenation.com.

Linkin Park will release their highly anticipated seventh studio album, One More Light, May 19th via Warner Bros. Records. The band’s risky creative choices – swinging wildly from song to song, album to album - are a hallmark of their career, and One More Light is no exception.  Their most personal to date, the album is built on the stories of six voices coming clean about their lives and struggles, as if it were the first time.  OML isn’t bigger, louder, or more avant-garde, it’s more human.

The One More Light World Tour set list will combine the biggest hits of Linkin’s Park expansive career, as well as material from the new album, with all the intense high energy and passion the band is known for. “Our fans know how much love we put into our live show,” says guitarist, Brad Delson. “They know how much we enjoy the connection when we play a fan favorite on stage. The emotional and sonic content of this new batch of songs is going to bring a whole new dimension to the show.”

Grammy-nominated band NEEDTOBREATHE have announced a huge tour for this upcoming fall, aptly titled as the ALL THE FEELS TOUR 2017.

Following a hugely successful year of touring in 2016 with Tour De Compadres (which was awesome), this seems to be another huge hit for the band. NTB show veterans already know what a dynamic experience each concert can be, and now they’ve upped the ante with three separate experiences. Anyone interested in the Under the Stars legs, a run in a bunch of “the best amphitheaters in the country,” will also get to see them share a stage with Gavin DeGraw, who will also presumably join them for “Brother” after his guest spot on the single in 2015. The Electric nights will feature some as-of-yet announced special guests in some great rock clubs, with the tagline “More Songs, More Ways,” likely making these shows more dynamic. Finally, the Acoustic leg will be full nights of acoustic NEEDTOBREATHE in various theaters and music halls, an experience that fans have been requesting for years.

On the heels of a #1 album, a chart-topping radio hit, a sold out first leg of a global tour which begins its second leg this Friday, KINGS OF LEON announces that they will be adding a new fall leg of their WALLS tour that will travel to all new North American cities, along with a new summer date in Chicago.

The tour’s initial announcement on the TODAY Show in October prompted an almost-immediate sellout of most of the dates, including major cities New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Detroit and San Francisco.  The tour has received critical acclaim throughout its trek – of their sold out date at Madison Square Garden, Billboard applauded the show – which they hailed a “rock show spectacle” – for maintaining an intimate connection within a large-scale production. “Every element of the show felt as thought-out as the next… and while the show was certainly a spectacle, there was still something so genuine about its presentation.” Meanwhile, the Boston Globe praised the band for delivering a “royal, rousing performance” and The Patriot Ledger called the “arena rock powerhouse” band’s show “a bracing shot of vitality” and a “terrific rock ‘n’ roll party.” Speaking further to the tour’s production, the Toronto Sun hailed the “sleek moving video screens, dramatic lights, [and] eye-catching imagery.”
